There are three hardware options, and each receives the same level of personal, professional service and support:

IDS/IPS is at worst complicated and at best time-consuming. Installing the software and configuring the sensors, monitoring events, managing signatures, updating software... It's not for the faint of heart.
Enter Sentinel. Configuration is a snap. The hardware installs in 90 seconds, with little or no network downtime. We manage the signatures, updates, upgrades, and monitoring of the system. We work with you to mitigate any false positives and make sure they don't happen again. We provide you with a powerful and intuitive user interface so you can manage the unit's configuration and utilize the extensive activity and compliance reporting.
In other words, we do the job so you don't have to, for a fraction of the cost of the other guys.
Our support team is the heart of our business. It's what makes us different.
These guys ensure that each Sentinel is up to date with the latest signatures and software updates, and monitor each unit's health 24/7. If your network has an issue - even if it's not related to the Sentinel - they contact you. They'll help you troubleshoot network issues, and if there's something wrong with the Sentinel, they make it right.

An important piece of the network security puzzle.
EPS is our Extrusion Protection Sensor. Designed to supplement our IPS units, the Sentinel EPS keeps an eye on your network's internal infrastructure. The Sentinel EPS records malicious traffic originating from your network, giving you the power to identify potentially compromised machines on your LAN. Combined with Sentinel IPS and your existing anti-virus software, Sentinel EPS is an important piece in the network security puzzle.
It can tell you which computers are infected, and what they are infected with, in real-time. (It does not, however, block malicious traffic. That's the job of your Sentinel IPS.)
What is Network Cloaking?
Our IPS methodology makes your protected network invisible to malicious external traffic, while allowing complete and uninterrupted access for legitimate users. Bad guys simply can't see your network.
To the perpetrator, your Internet Gateway IP address will simply appear to be unused. This is why we call it Network Cloaking.
