Our support team is the heart of our business. It's another thing that makes us different.

These guys ensure that each Sentinel is up to date with the latest signatures and software updates, and monitor each unit's health 24/7. If your network has an issue - even if it's not related to the Sentinel - they contact you. They'll help you troubleshoot network issues, and if there's something wrong with the Sentinel, they make it right.

If you have a question, they're there anytime. Real people that really care about you and your network.

Winning the security game against the bad guys is tough. Our idea? Don't play the game.

Network Cloaking and Collective Intelligence Security. Our IPS methodology makes your protected network invisible to malicious external traffic, while allowing complete and uninterrupted access for legitimate users. Bad guys simply can't see your network.

The Sentinel IPS inspects all Internet traffic entering your network for malicious code, prohibited behaviors, malformed packets, and hack attempts. Sentinel IPS will immediately drop all packets from an offending IP Address, including the initial request packets.

To the perpetrator, your Internet Gateway IP address will simply appear to be unused. We call it Network Cloaking because our methodology makes your protected network invisible to malicious external traffic, while allowing complete and uninterrupted access for legitimate users.

Collective Intelligence Security

Imagine the power of working in unison with IT managers around the world protecting your right to be secure. That's our Collective Intelligence Security.

Let's not forget the little black box.

The Sentinel IPS device. Rock-solid, tried and true. Our standard configuration these days comes in a sleek, reliable 1U form factor that includes gigabit NICs and plenty of horsepower. Depending on your needs we also offer different hardware configurations, including beefier processors, more memory and hard drive space, and bypass NICs. We also offer a desktop unit for smaller installations. Installation. The Sentinel IPS is installed as a Layer 2 bridge, behind your network's router, and in front of your current firewall. It requires a publicly routable IP address so authorized remote users can access the web-based interface and our management network can monitor and update the unit as necessary.

The installation process takes all of 90 seconds, and configuration takes 5 minutes. And, we're with you every step of the way. Minimal downtime, no fuss, no muss. The unit immediately starts collecting data, and you can immediately log in to the web-based interface to see what's happening.

Web-Based User Interface. We handle all of the heavy lifting related to the Sentinel. But there are some things you need, and you need them now. We get that. That's why the web-based interface is there. It provides easy access to the most common configuration options, like managing the current blocked networks, adding protected networks, whitelisting, and setting up remote administration.
